About Me
I toed the line of my first triathlon when I was just 8 years old. Since then, I've had the opportunity to be a part of a multitude of local, collegiate, and national clubs and teams that have helped develop me as the athlete, and coach I am today.

In 2022, I began racing professionally after making the jump from short-course, draft-legal racing, to a long-course/70.3 focus. I am thankful for the coaches who have paved the way for my own athletic success over the years, which is why I am so passionate about helping my own athletes have the same opportunities.

My multi-sport career began in high school when I ran both Track & Field and Cross Country, while also playing hockey at Naperville North High School in Illinois. I continued on to run at Carthage College before transferring to Eastern Illinois and founding their Triathlon Club.
I went on to receive my Master's Degree from North Central College while also founding their Triathlon Club and working as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Men's and Women's Swim & Dive Team. It was here where I really felt the desire to step into the world of coaching.

I am now a Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach with athletes ranging from short-course podium finishers to long-course beginners, first timers, Cat-2 cyclists, collegiate runners, post-collegiate swimmers and more.
I am also one of the Head Coaches of MMTT (MultiSport Madness Triathlon Team), a Junior Elite Triathlon Team where I work with a team of coaches to develop high performance athletes at the junior level while sending some of the top-ranked athletes around the world to complete at the highest level of Junior Elite racing.

Why Work With Me?
As a coach, I follow data-driven and proven training methods while also taking into consideration daily stressors and personal life. During training, I work with you individually to balance Training Stress Score, fatigue and other outside factors to help you reach your goals and become the best athlete you can be.

I am dedicated to helping you see your potential, and doing everything we can to meet your goals - no matter how big or small. I have had the pleasure of coaching multiple athletes to their first podiums, first full Ironmans, 5k PRs, and more importantly, helping them navigate and work through the mental blocks that naturally come with training.
